Fee Transparency

To help our future residents feel fully informed, we’ve put together a complete list of potential fees associated with living in our community. This includes one-time costs, recurring charges, and fees that only apply in certain situations.

While the list is designed to be comprehensive, most residents will only encounter a small portion of these fees based on their individual circumstances. For example, some charges, like lease break fees, would only apply if that specific situation arises.

We encourage you to review the full guide for a detailed breakdown. Click here to explore the list of fees.

Income Criteria

Rise at Temple Courts Apartments participates in a special tax credit program that allows us to offer quality apartment homes at reduced rental rates for households within certain income limits. We proudly offer affordable housing options for households earning 30% and 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI). The income limits are based on the total combined gross income for the entire household. Below, you’ll find the qualifying income ranges and household sizes required to be eligible. If you have questions about the program or how to apply, our leasing team is here to help—give us a call today!

A table lists the maximum income limits for renting apartment homes based on the number of persons and income percentiles.
